Bugaboo Bee Best Pushchair around

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

One may suspect the Bugaboo Bee to be a stripped down bare bones stroller due to the lower price. That simply is not true. The Bee offers many things it’s counterparts simply do not have. A perfect example of this is the telescopic push handle that allows the vertically challenged as well as the tallest of the tall to comfortably glide along. You may mention that the Cameleon has this feature as well which it does; however, the Bee has a new less cumbersome locking system that makes locking in your preferred height a snap! The Bee also has an adjustable seat base that none of the Bugaboo’s offer. When your child is little the seat base adjusts in so their knees can bend and fit properly. When the child grows you can pull out the base so it continues to fit you child comfortably. The seat can also face forward or face Mom and Dad. The seat also has 4 positions, including a flat position suitable for a newborn. The canopy is large and color options abound! I have learned that Bugaboo is not offering the option of buying other color canopies, so one needs to chose a color they are willing to live with long term. While the Yellow may seem appealing especially for the “Bee” it may not be ideal over time as dirt is certain to show rather prominently with wear.

The Bee comes equipped with a Rain Cover, Under Seat Basket, DVD and a 2 year Warranty. The available accessories are the Baby Nest which offers enhanced support for infants, Footmuffs, Parasols,

Big Foot Relay. Get the children add 2 shoeboxes with them. Tape the lids onto the boxes, then cut a one-inch-wide and four-inch long slit in each top. Get the contestants slip their feet into the slits in the boxes and race.

Frisbee Tower. Buy a bunch of mini Frisbees and direct them in a pile in the midway of the yard. Have the guests divide the Frisbees among themselves. The first player begins the activity by placing one of his or her Frisbees on the earth. Each of the following players places his or her Frisbee on top of the first Frisbee, and the process continues until someone causes the growing tower to topple.

Blind Walk. Produce an obstacle path from one end of the yard to the other. Line up the contestants and let them have a solid look at the path. One at a time, blindfold the youngsters and have them walk the path without looking. Note each player’s time on the scoreboard.

Blind Snakes. Set up a number of sprinklers in between a starting line and a finish line. Have the children try to run from one end to the other without getting sprayed. Have one of the kids command the faucet, turning it on and off at random. Honor ribbons to the tikes who play the thriftiest without getting wet.

Graduation Gowns

Graduation ceremonies are counted among the most colorful ceremonies alongside weddings. The ceremonies, which are usually marked with happy faces and the constant clicking of cameras, would not be the same without graduation gowns. The long flowing garments are usually very distinctive and help differentiate the guest form the students who are graduating. Graduation gowns come in different colors such as brown, light blue and orange and black. The gowns are further complimented by graduation items such as sashes, stoles tams, caps and hoods.
At first not many individuals will be able to tell the cryptic information graduation gowns are trying to relay, but after attending a couple of graduation one should be able to tell. For example, the robs worn by faculty or doctorate graduates usually have two or more distinct colors with bell sleeves that at times have cuffs, while the master or undergraduate candidates normally put on a plain self zipping black gowns. In addition, the hood on top of the gowns of master or undergraduate graduation gowns are simply shaped since they have only the liripipe and cowl wile the doctorate graduates put on top of their gowns full shaped hoods with liripipe, cape and cowl.
